Super Bowl Village Fun Kicks Into High Gear
Fans Enjoy Event's Entertainment, Excitement

INDIANAPOLIS -- The fun and festivities at Super Bowl Village kicked into high gear Friday night.Many visitors got the night started off with the speed and excitement of flying through the air on the zip line over Capitol Street.

“The zip line is the one thing I want to do. Hopefully I’ll get on it before they take it down,” fan Steve Rademaker said.Other visitors chose to enjoy the sights and sounds the old-fashioned way, RTV6's Ericka Flye reported."We wanted to come out on the first night. We wanted to just walk around see everything there was to see and experience everything because this might only happen once,” fan Christina Wurster said.The heat lamps that lined Georgia Street took the chill away from fan Lola Granados.“It’s warm. It’s not bad out here right now,” she said. “Indianapolis did a good job. I’m really so proud; our town has totally changed.”Hoosier Tom Kingseed said the entertainment venue was so much fun, he didn’t want to leave.“After being out here, I can just live out here. Super Bowl Village can be my home address. I'll live here,” he said.The Super Bowl Village is free to the public and open from 3 p.m. to midnight. For more information, click here.
