GREENFIELD, Ind. -- Hancock County commissioners have told a man who sells pornographic movies that he can no longer do so near a truck stop off Interstate 70.
During a meeting Monday morning, Joe Bryer, 40, said that he had followed proper procedures before setting up shop on what he thought was state property, on a dead-end road off I-70's Mount Comfort exit.
The commissioners, however, told Bryer (pictured, left) that the county controls the property.Bryer said he used CB radio to broadcast his wares to truckers traveling on I-70, then parked his pickup truck and waited. When customers pulled up, he sold them X-rated DVDs out of the back of his truck. The Hancock County Sheriff's Department said it received two complaints.
