Man Charged With Killing Two In Crash

INDIANAPOLIS -- A man on Tuesday was charged with drunken driving in connection with a two-vehicle crash that killed two people leaving a wedding reception at the Indianapolis Zoo this week.Rosalio Pedraza, 31, faces two counts of reckless homicide, two counts of driving under the influence causing death, and one count of driving under the influence causing serious injury.Police said Pedraza, driving a Ford Bronco, broad-sided a Mercedes sport utility vehicle that was leaving the reception early Sunday. Witnesses told police the Mercedes had the right of way.
The crash killed the father of the groom and a family friend, both of northern Kentucky. Three other passengers were injured.Police said Pedraza's blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit for drivers.
