Interview With Ramseys Heats Up
JonBenet's Mother Interviewed Monday
They talked to Patsy Ramsey for about seven hours, and will question her again Tuesday morning in Atlanta. Then they'll interview her husband, John.
During a break in the talks early Monday, Patsy Ramsey said that she was "very comfortable" with the questions that she was being asked.
But things apparently heated up in the afternoon.
The Ramseys' attorney, Lin Wood, said that the two sides argued over questions about fiber evidence and security precautions for JonBenet's brother Burke.
Wood accused prosecutor Michael Kane of turning the interview
into a "fishing expedition" to prove that the Ramseys killed their
daughter JonBenet (pictured).
This is the first time in more than two years that the Ramseys have been questioned by Boulder authorities.
The Ramseys now live in Atlanta. Their daughter was killed in their Colorado home in 1996.
