Man Raped Woman At Her Workplace, Police Say

INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are looking for a man they said raped a woman in her office on the city's northwest side Thursday morning.

Police said the incident happened at about 5:30 a.m. at Labor Ready Temp Services on Westlane Road.

Police said a man came into the business, signed in, and then pulled a gun on the woman behind the counter. Officials said the man then forced the woman into a bathroom, where the rape occurred.

Police said the man is black, in his early 20s, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a brown hoodie and blue jeans. He signed in at the business under the name Damien or Darrien Allen.
