Activists claim hundreds of errors by abortion doctor in Fort Wayne

FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Anti-abortion activists are claiming the doctor at a Fort Wayne abortion clinic has submitted hundreds of state-required reports with mistakes and omissions.
Allen County Right to Life leaders announced Monday they were filing complaints with the state attorney general's office over 487 reports from Dr. Ulrich Klopfer of the Fort Wayne Women's Health Organization.
Allen County Right to Life director Cathie Humbarger says every report in 2012 and the start of 2013 listed an old clinic address and the same fetal development stage.
Klopfer tells WANE-TV that in the past 18 months he's only had eight forms returned by the state health department seeking corrections.
Attorney general's office spokeswoman Erin Reece tells The Journal Gazette that it can't comment on the complaints unless it seeks action after an investigation.
