INDIANAPOLIS -- A longtime Janet Jackson fan is crediting Call 6 Investigates for helping to get more than $400 back in her pocket.

Korine Bailey had been trying to get a refund for her Janet Jackson concert tickets since March.

Out of options, Bailey contacted Call 6 Investigates for help at the beginning of May.

Back in 2015, she spent $413 on two tickets for sixth row tickets.

The concert was originally scheduled for January 2016, but was postponed to July 2016.

Then, last month, Janet Jackson announced she’s having a baby and postponed her tour again until 2017.

“We don't have a date, and we can't assume a date,” said Bailey. “If she's starting a brand new family, I just can't see a mother starting a tour and leaving her brand new newborn at home. I can't imagine that."

Refunds are available, according to Janet Jackson’s tour website .

Bailey purchased her tickets through Online City Tickets.

Their policy states all sales are final and full refunds, excluding shipping charges, will be given for canceled events.
“Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded,” according to the policy.

Bailey emailed Online City Tickets, and a representative originally told her she could sell the tickets if she wants.
“I’m not going to take a loss,” said Bailey earlier this month. “I want my money back. Them telling us this is a postponement not a cancelation is just not acceptable.”

Call 6 Investigates emailed and called Online City Tickets earlier this month and has still not received a response.

However, Korine Bailey said Online City Tickets refunded her money after Call 6 Investigates got involved.

“Thank you for everything,” said Bailey in an email to Call 6 Investigates Kara Kenney. “It really did come through!”

Bailey also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
