A construction accident in the Super 70 construction zone on Indianapolis' east side forced the road's closure for a short time Tuesday while a repair was made.Indiana State Police said workers accidentally caused a power line break in the area.In order for Indianapolis Power and Light crews to fix the problem, the road was completely shut down between 11:15 to 11:45 a.m.The entire Super 70 construction zone was affected, between Interstate 65 downtown and Interstate 465 on the city's east side.Some backups were evident on both sides of the construction zone after the road was reopened.
