IMPD detectives seek help to find alleged rape suspect

INDIANAPOLIS – Detectives with the Indianapolis police department are seeking information to help identify an alleged serial sexual assault and rape suspect.

The man is believed to be connected to at least three sexual assault cases that resulted in rape between 2013 and 2016, detectives said.

Crimes were reported between 91st and 96th streets between College Avenue and the Monon Trail during the early morning hours.

Detectives believe the suspect targets females that are alone.

They are described as a Hispanic male believed to be in his late 20's to early 30's standing at about 5 feet, 5 inches tall with a medium build. He is also believed to be unshaven.
