INDIANAPOLIS -- A man was found shot to death Wednesday night on Indianapolis' northeast side.
Police say the man was found in the 2400 block of N. Oxford Street around 8:30 p.m. when a concerned citizen flagged them down.
Officers found a 20-year-old man lying in the alley with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
