Man tapes up face, robs Brownsburg bank

BROWNSBURG, Ind. -- The FBI and Brownsburg police are searching for a man in connection with the robbery of a Fifth Third Bank Tuesday afternoon.

The robbery occurred at the bank located at 905 N. Green Street shortly before 4 p.m.

According to bank tellers, a white male standing approximately 6 feet tall and weighing from 170-190 pounds, with red hair and a long red beard, entered the bank with tape over his face and demanded money.

The tellers told police the man didn't produce a weapon, but told them he was willing to hurt them if he had to.

The suspect then fled the bank with an unknown amount of cash.
