UPDATE: Police took two juveniles into custody Friday morning in connection with the shooting.
INDIANAPOLIS -- Police are investigating after a man was shot dead inside a home on Indianapolis' south side.
Officers were called to the 1900 block of South Union Street just before 8 p.m. Thursday.
The original 911 caller told police that a person was on their porch bleeding from their face.
That person was gone when officers arrived but they were able to follow the blood trail towards a nearby home where they found the 20-year-old man dead inside.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released.
