INDIANAPOLIS -- Police have arrested a man in connection with a murder on Indianapolis' southeast side earlier this month.
Detectives believe Dion Johnson, 23, shot and killed 28-year-old Terrance Hill on April 7 at the Stone Lake Lodge Apartments on Lake Park Boulevard.
Johnson turned himself in Friday evening. He is currently charged with murder and carrying a handgun without a license.
