WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. -- A 13-year-old client of a West Lafayette chiropractor says the doctor inappropriately touched her and offered to pay her money in exchange for sex.
In a probable cause affidavit released Thursday, prosecutors accuse 72-year-old Dr. Lon Arden Kaminsky of child molestation and child solicitation relating to a young client at his West Lafayette chiropractic office.
According to the affidavit, the 13-year-old girl told her parents that during her last appointment with Kaminsky, in November, he allegedly "pinned her hands up over her head and rubbed his body up against hers."
The girl told police she kicked Kaminsky off of her, at which point he left the room, and then returned to offer her money in exchange for sex three separate times. During one of those occasions, the girl was allegedly able to record the offer on her phone.
The victim's parents reported the alleged acts to the Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department in late January.
Kaminsky was taken into custody earlier this week and released on bail from the Tippecanoe County Jail.
