WINCHESTER, Ind. -- A Randolph County funeral home director faces accusations he inappropriately touched a woman making arrangements for her deceased mother.

Thomas A. Oswalt, who runs the Oswalt Family Funeral Home in Winchester, Indiana, was charged last month with one count of sexual battery.

He's accused of inappropriately touching a 22-year-old woman and also sending several lewd and inappropriate comments via text message.
