Woman accused of stabbing ex-boyfriend with sword

INDIANAPOLIS – A woman was accused of stabbing her ex-boyfriend with a sword on the city's northwest side Tuesday.

Indianapolis Metropolitan Police said they spoke with a man who had been stabbed twice in the 1500 block of North Illinois Street.

Investigators said when the man tried to leave the area, 40-year-old Ohshay Brasher of Indianapolis allegedly pulled out a sword and stabbed him.

Brasher was taken into police custody once officers arrived.

Police did not release information on the victim’s condition.
