When WNEP reporter Sofia Ojeda was interviewing patrons of the Wayne County Fair in Honesdale, Pennsylvania, she asked Noah what he thought of the rides and the fun began.
According to WNEP, Noah's grandfather says he looks forward to starting kindergarten in the fall.
