WILMINGTON, Del. - Police got a leg-up -- on a man they charge was hiding drugs in his artificial leg.
Officers in Wilmington, Delaware, say Jose Santiago was standing in the middle of the road yelling obscenities.
He was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. Police say when they searched Santigao at headquarters, they found crack cocaine and pot hidden in his prosthetic leg.
He now faces drug and disorderly conduct charges.
