BOISE, Idaho - The Idaho Transportation Department is turning thumbs-down on a draft brewery's sign.
It's painted green and yellow to look like an official highway sign complete with a directional arrow.
Highway department officials want the Woodland Empire Ale Craft sign taken down, because it might confuse drivers.
Brewery owner Dusty Schmidt tells KTVB-TV he checked with Boise city officials first. But the highway department is claiming jurisdiction.
Schmidt says he's disappointed but his sign will be removed.
