Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has a $1 million challenge for Donald Trump.

In response to Trump's $5 million offer to the president last month, the multimillionaire issued a dare of his own.

"Donald, you shave your head, $1 million to any charity you want," Cuban told the Fox affiliate in Dallas.

Trump's "very, very big" offer to donate $5 million to charity in exchange for President Barack Obama's college transcripts and passport records expired last week without comment from Obama or his campaign, the New York Daily News reported.

Trump declared it's "obvious" the president wasn't born in the United States in response.

According to TMZ, Trump has yet to respond to Cuban's offer.

The real estate mogul also has yet to respond to the Twitter campaign to funnel at least some of Trump's $5 million offer to victims of superstorm Sandy.
