INDIANAPOLIS - Bestselling young adult author John Green will offer advice for graduates at Butler University next month.
The university announced that the author , who lives with his wife in Indianapolis, as the commencement speaker at the May 11 ceremony at Hinkle Fieldhouse.
Green's most recent novel, "The Fault in our Stars," was TIME magazine's No. 1 fiction book of the year in 2012, and is set to be made into a film.
He's also known for bestselling titles "Looking for Alaska," "An Abundance of Katherines" and "Paper Towns."
Green, a graduate of Kenyon College, will also be awarded an honorary doctorate of letters from Butler at the ceremony.
