The wife of the former mayor of Anderson is suing the woman who accused her husband of sexual harassment.Kris Ockomon, who resigned from the mayor's office after he was defeated in November, was accused of harassing city worker Teresa Spencer, who said the mayor attempted to approach her sexually in 2007 and started a campaign to have her fired after she was not receptive.In May, Ockomon, Spencer and the city agreed to a $128,000 settlement to end the litigation.The former mayor's wife, Ann Ockomon, is now seeking monetary damages from Spencer, claiming she represented her in a false light and intentionally caused her emotional distress, the Herald Bulletin reported.Spencer has filed a motion to dismiss, questioning whether she can be held liable for defamation for statements made during federal pleadings.A hearing on the motion is set for Oct. 8.
