The family of a missing Kokomo woman said they suspect foul play in her disappearance.Ester L. Westenbarger, 51, was last seen just after 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 11 leaving Miller's Bar to get her car parked at Hoosier Bar in Kokomo, police said.Family members searched nearby wooded areas on Saturday, but did not find any sign of Westenbarger.Police have not said whether they believe foul play may be involved.Westenbarger is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 135 pounds with red hair and brown eyes. She has two tattoos -- a yellow and black 1st Calvary insignia on her upper left bicep and a black and brown parachute with wings on her left ankle.She was last seen wearing a cream v-neck shirt with quarter-length sleeves, blue jeans, flip flop sandals and a dark-colored jacket. Her car is a gold 2005 Cadillac CTS with Ohio license plate MSESTER.Anyone with information about Westenbarger's whereabouts is asked to call Kokomo police.
