President Barack Obama issued an executive order on Friday to fly flags at half-staff in honor of the victims of the theater shooting in Colorado.Twelve people were killed and at least 50 others were hurt after a gunman opened fire inside of a movie theater early Friday near Denver.In accordance to the order, Gov. Mitch Daniels had flags lowered Saturday at the Statehouse and other government buildings in Indiana.The flags will remain at half-staff until sunset on Wednesday.
