Indy group wants to build "Rink of Dreams" for handicapped hockey players

INDIANAPOLIS -- Ice hockey has a growning fan base - but opportunities for everyone to play the game here in Indianapolis are limited.

That's why one group is hoping to raise enough money to build what they're calling the "Rink of Dreams," in central Indiana. The rink would be fully  handicap accessible or equipped for sled hockey.
