INDIANAPOLIS - An Indianapolis nonprofit group is suiting young and adult men for the professional workforce by providing business attire and development skills.
Danny's Closet of Hope (DCH), a faith-based organization, works to make sure men who are entering the workforce have suits, ties and dress shoes needed for interviews.
The program was founded by Linda Nunley after her son was murdered in 2002. Five years later, she started Danny's Closet of Hope in his memory.
Nunley said DCH has been suiting adults for several years now, and adult men still dominate the numbers. It started suiting teens just last year.
Nunley started the ministry with St. Vincent Health in order to reach out to the Indianapolis community, and to give young men who don't have access to proper business attire the opportunity to better themselves.
