LAKE COUNTY, Ind. - State police are investigating a member of a northern-Indiana sheriff’s office who has been accused of sexual assault.
Indiana State Police (ISP) said Monday that a member of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office is being investigated after allegedly sexually assaulting someone.
ISP said it will not release the name of the person being investigated. Names of sexual assault victims are not released by police, and RTV6 does not publish them if they are released.
