INDIANAPOLIS - Police confirmed one person died in a crash at a northeast-side intersection early Monday morning.
Just before 3:30 a.m., Indianapolis police (IMPD) dispatchers said one person had died in a crash at the intersection of East 30th Street and North Emerson Avenue.
There aren't many details yet about the crash, but our crew on the scene said at least one car was sitting in the middle of the intersection, with several emergency crews on the scene.
The intersection was closed for cleanup until just before 6 a.m. when it opened back up.
