BOONE COUNTY, Ind. - A Crawfordsville man was killed in a three-vehicle crash in western Boone County on Wednesday evening.
The accident happened at the intersection of State Road 75 and State Road 32 just before 9 p.m.
Authorities said Lee Cummings was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials with the Boone County Sheriff’s Department said a wrecker, a semi and a minivan were involved in the crash.
The wrecker crossed the center line after the collision and crashed into Cummings' minivan, police said. His wife was a passenger in the van and was taken to the hospital.
The crash remains under investigation.
