INDIANAPOLIS - Police are on the scene of a fatal motorcycle accident that killed one person.
The accident happened just after 10 p.m. Thursday near the intersection of Southeastern and Emerson avenues on the city's southeast side.
Police said the deceased person was driving the motorcycle.
