3 people shot on Indianapolis' east side; police say shootings could be related

INDIANAPOLIS - Three people were shot on the city's east side early Tuesday, police said.


Dispatchers said one person was shot near 30th Street and Drexel Avenue just before 1:30 a.m. Minutes later, two other people were admitted to Methodist Hospital with gunshot wounds.

Police said the shootings could be related.

The victims' names and conditions were not released.
