MUNCIE, Ind. -- Three people were shot, one of them fatally, in a Muncie townhome complex early Sunday morning.
Police say Rafael Rodriguez, 24, died at the hospital. A 21-year-old who was shot is in stable condition and a 28-year-old who was shot was treated by EMS crews and released.
Police arrested Logan May, 21, on preliminary charges of murder and conspiracy to commit armed robbery resulting in death.
