FRANKLIN, Ind. - Four people were arrested on felony charges Wednesday after a two-year investigation into selling synthetic drugs.
Nachhattar Singh, Harinder Kaur, Rupinder Singh and Veerpartap Singh each face multiple felony counts of dealing a synthetic drug.
Police said undercover officers and confidential sources bought suspected synthetic drugs from the Phillip's 66 at 400 E. Jefferson St. on several occasions, and tests confirmed the presence of a controlled substance
The Franklin Police Department and Indiana State Police launched the investigation after a community complaint about the business selling the drug.
