4 students sustain minor injuries in 2-school bus crash

ANDERSON, Ind. - Four students went to the hospital with minor injuries after a crash involving two school buses.

One bus rear-ended a second bus in Anderson Monday afternoon, school officials said.

The injured students complained of minor pain after the crash, and they were sent to the hospital for treatment.

Police said the two buses were northbound on Madison Avenue near 29th Street when the leading bus slowed for a passing ambulance. The second bus didn't stop in time and ran into the back of the first bus, police said.
