INDIANAPOLIS – A 5,000 sq. ft. home on the north side of Indianapolis made its debut in a 2013 episode of HGTV’s “House Hunters,” and today it’s back on the market.

The episode featuring owners Jacob and Mary Gordon showed their new Spanish-style home tucked away at 3853 Nesbitt Road near 71st Street and Dean Road.

Despite the $200,000 in renovations the couple completed on the five bed, six bath home, the house is back on the market for $924,900, according to Zillow.com.

The 1974 single-family home features: a clay tile roof, sound-proof office, renovated master bedroom with a California Closet, Brazilian Walnut floors, three-car garage, wet bar, patio and large skylights.

The home last sold in September 2013 for $669,900.
