KOKOMO, Ind. - Six men from across central Indiana have been arrested in a prostitution sting.
The undercover operation took place a Kokomo hotel, but investigators declined to name business, the Kokomo Tribune reported.
Six men were arrested on a preliminary charge of patronizing a prostitute -- Andrew J. Edgington, 41, of Peru; Christopher G. Hudson, 29, of Kokomo; Jeffrey A. Beeler, 42, of Sharpsville; Derick P. Ruble, 29, of Kokomo; Tony D. Robertson, 57, of Galveston; and William A. Young, 51, of Frankfort.
Police said citizens' tips also contributed to the arrests.
The men were taken to the Howard County Jail.
