GREENWOOD, Ind. -- Eight car break-ins were reported Sunday night into Monday morning just outside of Greenwood.
The Johnson County Sheriff's Office said the break-ins happened in Johnson County's White River Township area on the following roads: Hyatt Avenue, Welton Street, Old Smith Valley Road and Turfway Court (see map below).
A majority of the break-ins were on vehicles parked in driveways, with several left unlocked.
Among the items stolen were cash, a GPS, a credit card, a digital camera, a cellphone that wasn't operational, cough syrup and as little as $1 in coins.
Sheriffs have not identified any suspects or vehicle descriptions as of yet.
