A husband and wife in Anderson are facing multiple charges for allegations they molested two young children sent to live with them.
Bacilio Montes-Velasco and Rut Espirite-Soriana were both charged with child molestation and battery on a parson less than 14-years-old.
Police said the victims, ages 8 and 6, were sent to live with the couple while they waited for their mother to join them from Mexico.
When their mother arrived, the children told her Velasco and Soriana had allegedly physically and sexually abused them.
Velasco and Soriana were being held at the Madison County Jail on a $20,000 and $35,000 bond, respectively.
