DANVILLE, Ind. -- It seems like turkeys are just dive-bombing out of the skies these days.

Yet another turkey flew into a windshield in Indiana, this time in Danville.

A large turkey flew into a 2007 Chevy Tahoe in the 1700 block of West U.S. 36 this week. The Tahoe was going about 55 mph, and the collision killed the bird.

It ended up in the rear hatch of the vehicle.

The driver was treated for minor injuries from glass and debris.

This is the fourth known instance of a turkey flying into a windshield in Indiana.

We'd like to give you some tips on how to avoid something like this, but we've got nothing.

Turkeys have previously flown into vehicles in La Porte County, Scott County and again in La Porte County.
