INDIANAPOLIS - An 18-year-old man is accused of firing a gun at an occupied IndyGo bus, and he's been arrested on formal charges.
Tyrone Whitson, 18, of Indianapolis, was arrested on charges of criminal recklessness and intimidation, related to the May 17 incident.
Whitson was found inside a home Wednesday morning, and police took him into custody without incident, a Metro police spokesman said.
Whitson is being held on $100,000 bond.
