INDIANAPOLIS - Police arrested an Indianapolis man on charges related to the the May 9 fatal shooting of another Indianapolis man.
Tyree Brodley, 20, was arrested Wednesday in connection to the death of 23-year-old Terrance Holmes, officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
Holmes was killed in the 3900 block of East New York Street. Brodley and two other men were also shot and injured. Detectives believe the shooting stemmed from a previous altercation.
The Marion County Prosecutor’s Office formally charged Brodley with one count of murder.
Brodley was being held at Eskenazi Health while he recovers from a gunshot wound he suffered during the incident.
