INDIANAPOLIS - Indianapolis police have arrested a suspect in connection with the death of a man found bound and shot on the city's northwest side in April.
On Thursday, IMPD investigators arrested 22-year-old Anthony Spearman on preliminary charges of murder in connection with the death of Kevin Coughlin, 55, on April 23.
Police said they believe the motive for the murder was robbery.
Coughlin's body was found in an alley on the 1000 block of West 34th Street after police received an anonymous call about shots fired in the area.
Police arrived to find Coughlin bound and shot. He was later declared dead at the scene.
