BEECH GROVE, Ind. - Police tracked down a stolen vehicle connected to a shooting at a Beech Grove Wal-Mart earlier in the week.
Officers with the Beech Grove Police Department said they found the stolen pickup truck behind a business in the 5200 block of Elmwood Avenue on Wednesday morning.
Authorities had been searching for the vehicle after a man was shot in the arm and chest during a deal involving thousands of dollars' worth of cellphones.
The victim, who had been in the driver’s seat, took off running after a fight broke out in the vehicle. That is when he was shot and the two suspects took off with his vehicle.
Police were still searching for the suspects involved in the incident.
