BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - A Bloomington man was arrested on a battery charge Thursday evening for allegedly hurting an infant.
Philip Wilcoxen, 24, was accused of injuring his 9-month-old daughter, officials with the Bloomington Police Department said.
The baby was taken to the hospital by her mother Wednesday. Police said the baby had bruises on her face and collarbone.
Wilcoxen told police he was frustrated with the crying child and put his hand on her face and shoulder.
