BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- A Bloomington girl received the ticket of a lifetime from a police officer.
The officer, in on a prank with her parents, pulled her over, and told her she was going to be receiving a ticket.
When he hands it to her, he tells her to open it up to sign it.
When she opens it, she realizes that she is not receiving a speeding ticket, but a ticket to see Justin Bieber.
Her reaction is awesome.
