BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- Bloomington police are looking for a man accused of watching and following women while masturbating.
Police say the incidents have occurred primarily in an area north of 11th Street, south of 16th Street, east of Walnut Street and west of Dunn Street. The incidents have occurred primarily between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.
The suspect is described as a white male standing between 5'10" and 6' tall, with a medium build and light brown hair.
The man is wanted on preliminary charges of indecent exposure.
