INDIANAPOLIS - The Blue Crew Sports Grill has again closed its doors unexpectedly, the restaurant announced on its Facebook page Wednesday.
"We had a few issues come up and we've had to close down temporarily," the post read. "Don't worry, this isn't like last time. We expect to be back open in just a few days or less."
Owner Randy Collins said the restaurant was shut down by the Indiana Department of Revenue.
Collins said an employee who showed up to work on Wednesday morning saw a notice posted on the restaurant's door and called him crying.
The notice said the business is being investigated for a Class A misdemeanor for violating Indiana Code 6-2.5-9-2 and being suspected of conducting a retail transaction without a current "registered retail merchant's certificate."
The restaurant closed abruptly in May after Collins fell $75,000 behind on rent.
Colts owner Jim Irsay stepped in with financial assistance so Collins could reopen the restaurant.
Collins told RTV6 Wednesday that he thinks he might "be out of miracles."
Weekend events scheduled for the Colts' first pre-season game have been canceled.
