INDIANAPOLIS - Police were investigating after a man's body was found in a home on the city’s north side Thursday night.
The body was found in a home in the 600 block of East 49th Street, officials with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
The victim was identified as 39-year-old Erick S. Williams, of Indianapolis.
The Marion County Coroner's Office had classified the death as a homicide, though the cause was still pending.
