FRANKFORT, Ind. - Two people were arrested Saturday after a body was found lying on a Clinton County roadway.
Clinton County Sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a man lying in a roadway just after 1:30 a.m. Saturday. When they arrived, they found a deceased adult male near 550 N. and 200 E.
Authorities determined the victim, Kenneth Fisher, of California, had been a passenger in a car driven by Kassie Laflen, 26. She was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated.
A second passenger in the vehicle, Paul Laflen, 39, engaged in a fight with the victim prior to his death, according to police. He was arrested on a preliminary charge of involuntary manslaughter.
No cause of death was released. Clinton County authorities said the investigation is ongoing.
