INDIANAPOLIS - A car slammed into a building on the grounds of Kuntz Stadium on the city's near west side early Sunday, Indianapolis Fire Department officials said.
The crash happened just after 3:15 a.m. in the 1500 block of West 16 th Street when a Cadillac STS slammed into an Indy Parks Office building at the soccer field.
Police said the driver of the vehicle, Antonio Rivers, 33, was not injured in the crash, but he was taken into custody at the scene on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol.
IFD officials estimate $15,000 in damages to the office building.
The crash remained under investigation.
